Lost in the mail
I ordered 2 hoses was promised a quick turnaround, the hoses were ready to ship in one day, they were shipped USPS priority mail (2-3 days) we are now done with day 8 and the Post Office doesn't know where there are. Discount Hydraulic Hoses says I will have to wait another week to see if they show up, then, if they don't show I can have replacement made or get a refund. So my equipment is down and I have wait weeks to see if they might show and then start the process over again or I can buy them somewhere else and maybe end up with two sets of hoses and my expense. Not a good resolution, in addition the woman in customer service insists that she does not have a boss, so there is NO ONE higher up that might resolve the issue
