Misleading Ads and Poor Customer Service! This app is definitely a trap. Its ads claim that you can learn through hypnosis, but that is not what I experienced. I paid for the service, used it for only 10 minutes, and requested a refund based on their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. However, they have ignored my emails instead of responding. Even worse, there is no clear way to cancel the subscription. You apparently have to email a customer service team that doesn’t even respond. Do not make the same mistake I did. Think twice before paying for this service.
