Unresolved issue
I submitted a request because the app was not tracking my progress. The amount was awarded to me, but the issue was not resolved and no troubleshooting was offered. Based on the fact that I got this survey, I assume the request was closed, even though I asked for it to remain open to facilitate easier communication for future issues related to the original one.
