Very good 1st time experience
Initial assistant help (likely AI) very good. I think assistant provided good summary to the doctor to help save us both time. Getting responses from doctor was also very timely. He asked good questions, too. I'm glad I could upload photos of my medical situation with this site; it saved us time and helped with more accurate description of my medical situation. I really like that if I accidentally close my browser, I can continue to use the provided link to get back into the conversation. I'm grateful that the call can be kept open for more than 1 day, in case I had further questions. I really appreciate the detailed reply from the doctor. THANK YOU!!!
