Poor customer service , unable to cancel subscription
Trying to cancel a subscription that I did not wish to sign up too, customer service have been shocking sending me links to cancel which don’t work. I just want to cancel, the company have taken my August payment out on the 1st of the month yet still not received product which is another common occurrence. What does it take to get this cancelled..? I would not recommend this company due to poor customer service and poor product. My advice steer clear and do not order.
