MAJOR PROBlEM !
Well again I’m reporting a MAJOR problem with this defective hair curler! It does NOT TURN ON! I obviously plugged it in - but no buttons light up when pressed to “on” nor is there any heat! I immediately asked for a return label to get a refund, but you only insisted I make a video and send it back.. I DID do short video, but there isn’t an easy way to send it on. I asked many times over past several weeks & no response.. other than your standard “send a video”! This is terrible customer service. I shall write a crappy review if no one replies Shortly.
