I was never told there were fees
I was never told there were fees. I had 2 cash advances for $50 and was charged a $15.99 fee. I dont even know how i signed up for that. That is almost half of the advance. Also read from ur FTC charges that fees are $8.99-15.99! Why am I being charged for the higher amount. U are not fair to ur clients or truthful in ur commercials. Smaller fee would of been ok but charging $15.99 when u see I don't make much! U hurt the poor and help the rich. If u cannot at least waive one of the $15.99 as a courtesy. I will be moving to another app that won't hurt my finances.
