Exceptional customer service
I purchased a TORRAS case a few months ago and unfortunately had a small quality issue with the revolving stand. I’ve always really liked their cases, though, so I decided to give them another try. I have to say, their customer service was excellent. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process and ultimately stood behind their product and honoured the warranty, explaining that the issue I experienced was very rare. A special mention has to go to Nancy, who was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Her customer service was exceptional and she’s a real credit to the company. I’ll definitely continue using TORRAS in the future. Great products are important, but having a company that stands behind them when something goes wrong makes all the difference.
