Product Did Not Work - Struggled to Get an Immediate Refund
I was trying to migrate my WhatsApp data from a Samsung S22 to an iPhone 17 Pro The software did not work properly. It was a complicated multi-step process that kept failing at various points despite me adhering to their instructions and documentation. I had to resort to various online forums and scour through documentation to troubleshoot, but still was not succesful. At best, it gave me a partial restoration of my data, at which point i had to go through the lengthy process over and over and eventually gave up. I restored my iPhone to factory settings and started new. I logged a support request detailing my issues within the 7-day refund period they advertised, however they requested i go through the whole process again, at which point i was already on my new iPhone without my data. They then requested logs and made it very difficult, with a back and forth, to get a refund despite claiming a refund within the 7-day period. Eventually i sent them the logs. They offered to refund me only half of what i paid for a faulty software, claiming there are only recent logs in the folder and not historical ones - which has absolutely nothing to do with me. The fact that the app does not contain historical logs that they need is being made my problem, and therefore they will not refund me in full
