They did not provide a prescriptions as said, but still charged the money.
They appeared to be helpful with getting a prescription I needed covered, however, their prescription never got to my pharmacy. I called back and forth between them several times, and it was not there. Talking with my pharmacy, however, they were able to provide what I needed, but with me paying out of pocket to them as well. CallonDoc said that since I picked up my prescription, it was done. But it was not the one from them, and there was no acknowledgement or possibility of refund. I am out the money with no product they promised.
