I used the Rider one time and recharged it and it died it won't light up didn't take a charge and won't turn on. Honestly I'm having trouble getting a replacement Rider through bestvibe and vvd official won't do anything thing for me either like the way it worked but it should last longer than one session not impressed somebody needs to fix this! The customer service hasn't been good either it's been a hassle all the way around not happy definitely going to the better business bureau
