I bought a Jetpac eSIM card to go to France. When I installed the eSIM I got an issue. I reached out to the online help. The automatic respond did not solve the issue. They put me in contact with someone that explained the issue and resent me another eSIM through email. I was able to upload the eSIM and I’m set to go and use it now. The entire process took less than 15 min. Great service, I’ll buy this eSIM again.
