Not sure the savings over OEM offset this.
While some of this seems product related, these are actually service/employee related. Bagger attachment was clearly previously opened, unboxed, half the srinkwrapping and protective bags emptied, and then reboxed with empty bags laid on top. Everything looked well enough in order - so i unboxed and recycled the packing and box to get it curbside recycle day and out of my garage. Two weeks later during assembly i realize the bagger hood is cracked in 2 place - one near the baffle lid that shouldn't matter two much, and the other down near the left side rail that will definitely impact open/close and structural integrity. Instruction manual was for a 42"/46" bagger while i bought the model to fit my 50" deck. Haven't finished installing it yet. Fingers crossed. Instruction manual showed different configurations for the bagger mounting - 50" not one of them so i'm pausing bolting everything up in case i need to relocate to another configuration upon final assembly. I also fault customer service at the company level - the injected molded plastic had sharp flashing around the bottom where the tab of the baffle cover tucks into the groove of the hood, Severely limiting my ability to install the baffle cover properly and tightly. The instruction manual also seems to be for a different model bagger. The back plate has several configurations and the only reference was for a different size deck than i have/compared during checkout. I was also a bit surprised how long it took to fullfill/and have UPS pick up the item from their location. I have no idea how their email/phone service is - but the customer service that starts with Quality, continues to warehouse handling, and fulfillment time is lackluster.
