SCAM COMPANY DO NOT INSTALL. brought item, the seller sent a freebie along with my actual parcel which never arrived, only freebie arrived. lazada had the audacity to mark item as delivered and rejected every single attempt at refund. contacted customer support 3 tomes, made refund request 4 times and even emailed them but failed to get my money back. LAZADA IS A SCAM COMPANY THAT SUPPORTS SCAMMERS ON THE PLATFORM. because every sale they make with seller they get a cut so they side with scammers. UPDATE: So i tried to return parcel for my missing items for full refund since they LIED IN MY FACE saying i can get full refund and keep the freebie...but NO! THEY WANT ME TO RETURN. I schedule the pick up to be on saturday, but the the courier came to my house on a friday morning and obviously no one is at home because everyone at work. I specifically said SATURDAY on the app yet they came earlier on purpose now they mark my pending pick up as FAILED. SEE, they so every trick in the book to SCAM you. To make sure u can never refund, never return, never get money back. They are GREEDY and SCAMMERS. Shoppee might price bait u but at least refund is easy. LAZADA OPENLY SCAMS YOU. dosnt matter who u email even if u email, write to them or review 100 times nothing changes. All bot messages, repeats, asking same questions over and over without resolving anything. They DONT care about the customers. They care about STEALING your money.
