Account frozen with over $350. Support is ignoring me! This app is a scam. I requested a $25 payout on August 11, 2026, to my registered email and it never arrived. On top of that, they are freezing the rest of my balance—I have $331.00 sitting in my account that I cannot cash out. Customer support is completely ignoring my tickets, but they keep spamming me with notifications to keep playing and making them money. I demand a human agent to review my account, unblock my profile, and release all my funds immediately.
