Hellcase

Arnaque

Hello, I am contacting you regarding what appears to be a serious valuation issue with an AK-47 | Vulcan (Field-Tested) obtained/displayed on Hellcase on 21 August 2026. Hellcase shows the value of this skin at €251.24. However, when checking the current market value through CS:GO Skins, the AK-47 | Vulcan Field-Tested is valued at approximately $165, with available offers around $165–168. This represents a very substantial discrepancy. The Hellcase valuation is therefore significantly higher than the price at which the same skin can actually be obtained on external marketplaces. I understand that prices can vary between platforms and that Hellcase may use its own pricing methodology. However, a difference of this magnitude materially affects the real value of the item, particularly when that displayed value is used in the Upgrade system. I have screenshots showing: * the Hellcase valuation: €251.24 – AK-47 | Vulcan – Field-Tested; * the current Field-Tested reference price: approximately $165; * external marketplace offers around $165–168. Could you please: 1. Explain precisely how the €251.24 valuation was calculated; 2. Confirm which marketplace(s), price feed or methodology Hellcase used for this valuation; 3. Verify whether this price was incorrect or outdated at the time of the transaction; 4. Review my transaction and offer an appropriate correction or compensation if the valuation was erroneous. I would appreciate a substantive answer regarding the pricing discrepancy rather than a generic explanation that prices may differ between platforms. The screenshots documenting the discrepancy are available and can be provided with this ticket. Thank you in advance for investigating this matter. Best regards
