Five months of silence and an ignored GDPR request — case PAT3516626 Assignment of claim signed 15 March 2026. Flight W43872, Wizz Air Malta, four passengers. Case reference: PAT3516626. Since then: no substantive update on the case. No confirmation of whether the airline was ever contacted, no copy of any correspondence, no indication of the stage the file is at. When I attempted to submit a claim to the airline myself, I was told a claim already exists on this flight — filed by Claim Flights. So the claim is with them, I cannot pursue it, and I am told nothing about it. None of this needs to happen. One informative email would resolve it, and I will update this review the moment I receive one.
