Don't waste your time you won't get the loan they promise
Three times I have applied for a loan because this company says they have new programs and all three times they say I qualify for something better than I currently have on my house. Yet all three times what they promise and guarantee doesn't end up being available or possible. Twice because their employees entered something in error giving grossly off LTV ratios. Yet they are never held accountable for these mistakes and just keep offering something that is not possible. It is a huge waste of time, false advertising and overall extremely poor customer service.
