V99 Pro Battery Issue Resolved Easily
I've bought several V99 Pro batteries, as well as other Small Rig accessories, and had an issue with one battery. Customer support was actually very helpful, and they sent me a new battery in a week. I didn't expect that, and they didn't have to, so in my book, that's solid.
