DO NOT trust this company
DO NOT trust this company! I ordered the $39 trial Burnbox, and was very careful to indicate it was a one-time trial purchase. Yesterday I was charged $190 for the second Burnbox in the subscription they created for me. When I emailed the company, I was basically told, “too bad- it’s already in process, so we’re not going to cancel it; we just won’t charge you more after we collect this $190”. Update: re the response below: all one need do is read the thread of negative reviews on this company to see that this bait and switch is a common tactic for this company.
