I've ordered from Fashionphile and have always been very satisfied. My last purchase was disappointing. The bag I purchased was as described - in excellent shape. However, the bag reeked of what I believed was cat urine. The stench was an absolute assault. I returned it without issue, and Fashionphile issued a prompt refund. However, it gives me pause that this bag passed any sort of quality control.
