If I could give the lawn service that my residence was hired out to a negative 100 I would definitely do that!! It was a signed a pro that made not one but two appointments and never showed!! Due to their negligence I received a hefty fine for the grass being too long while waiting for them to do the job they were hired to do . called Customer Service several times.. while they were nice enough they were absolutely no help whatsoever..do not waste your time the way I did waiting around for someone who never showed up.. the name of the company that was assigned to me is Paradise Eden out of Melrose Park Il... never showed.. rebooked.. never answered messages .. just blew me off completely..be careful they have several names for the same company.. guess I should have done way more research
