Customer service is beyond expectations!
I booked a 6-day 5-night trip to Bhutan via Asia Odyssey Travel since it was my mother's wish to celebrate her 80th birthday in that beautiful country. Under the care and guidance of our travel consultant Ms. Ashley, the process, journey and experience ran smoothly from the moment we booked for the trip, landed in Paro airport, and up to the time we fly back to Manila, everything was well-organized. Though there were some uncontrollable airline issues, it was easily resolved by Ms. Ashley and the Asia Odyssey team. The 3 hotels/accommodations they booked for us, the tour guides they assigned to us, and the daily tour itineraries were perfectly done so that no time was wasted on that 6-day trip. Likewise, I am beyond grateful for the surprise birthday cake they sent for my mom on that special day. Truly, a thoughtful act. Overall, I am very satisfied with their excellent service, and I would say that I certainly made the right decision in choosing Asia Odyssey Travel.
