The delivery process is a black box; you won't get even the tracking number until the last minute of delivery. They didn't use sufficient insulation and dry ice, so when I got my meat, they've been all warm and smelly already. They will kindly promise you a refund, namely within 5-10 business days. However, for almost a month, nothing happened. The customer representative keeps fabricating all sorts of lies. They even let me contact my bank, and my bank found it ridiculous too. I just threw away hundreds of bucks.
