I like that: They offer excellent customer services - The team actively works on ensuring that you feel their presence and warmth even though you never met them
So far my experience is that: Trading is simplified; There is consistent communication and reasonable response times for support as well as comfort that you are dealing with people who have been on a similar journey; The team seems to know what they are talking about which gives me confidence that I can count on their experience, ideas, strategies and approach. NB: This is my week long experience, not a 1 day event, so the below date is just day 1.
