Long time customer
Long time customer. My system keeps going offline completely. You can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone and trying to schedule an appointment using the online chat will take just as long. 40+ minutes to schedule an appointment. They will show up 2 hours outside of the four hour window. The techs have been out three times for same problem and can’t fix it. Joke of a company.
