Hidden Convoluted Charges
Upon cancellation, due to the company's repeated shipping delays, they only cancelled the medication itself but not the hidden recurring "health" charge that equates to nothing whatsoever --- even the "coach" doesn't respond to messages in the app. With no ability to get the near-fraudulent charges reversed.
