The last two times have been horrible
The last two times have been horrible. The first time they made substitutions on my order but never asked me if it was OK and I didn’t realize it till I got home 20 minutes later with this information I called to place my order again made sure that they would have what I ordered in the order. I was told it would be no problem, they asked when I would be here. I said 20 minutes they said not a problem. They had the chicken and that was it. I came down to pick up my order and they didn’t even have my order started now I have to wait another 20 minutes so the chicken has time to cook to fill my order. This will be the absolute last time I spend my money with KFC!
