Pick'em reward not received (Esports World Cup 2026)
I took 41st place in the Esports World Cup 2026 Pick'em tournament. My nickname on the site is "мальберт акчурін". The event has already ended, but my winning skin (AK-47 | Aquamarine Revenge MW) has not been credited to my account. The "Claim" button on the event page is completely inactive, and the support page on the website is glitched and frozen (buttons are not clickable). Please check my profile and add the skin to my inventory!
