Despicable Service
Was on a flight from Madurai to Hyderabad with my triplet children. Upon finding our seats, was loading the cabin bags above, while children were waiting in the narrow passage with other passengers. Right then a furious ill-mannered co passenger woman stormed in from other side of the aircraft screaming to clear the way without even saying 'excuse me' while I was focused on getting my children situated. The woman had a stroller which she rolled over my foot and picked up a fight out of the blue calling names. The airhostess nearby quietly watched the conflict vs resolving it or clearing the air or help continue boarding. Later the hostess came up to me shocked asking what happened and to trade in the unpleasant experience w an extra cup of coffee. The service is despicable.
