Where do i even start
Where do i even start, i ordered the elegoo Neptune 3 pro in mid april it took almost 3 weeks to come, when it came it required assembly which may i add was confusing on its own but not too bad, when i assembled it i had to do the voltage and it was already set so i just turned it on. Then it came on for dare i say 4 seconds then everything switched off. I took it apart looked inside, nothing i emailed them they sent me some parts and when the parts finally came it was about june so i tried but they gave me no instructions of how to do it so from then we emailed back and forth and they kept saying the same thing. Then they finally after a week of emailing gave me a return label. I sent it off and 3 times i sent it off every time it came back then i asked for a refund and they had the audacity it send me a new printer so now i had 2 one broke and one completely new one i didn’t want the 3d printer as i was sick of emailing so then we were emailing for almost 2 months and i finally got my return labels for them both and everything was gone and that was just going on 2 weeks ago. Very terrible experience this had stopped me wanting a 3d printer FOREVER.
