Stay away - Unfulfilled Promotional Reward and poor Customer Support Response
I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Finder.com. I signed up for a promotion through their platform and fully met every requirement specified in the offer. When the reward failed to process, I submitted all requested proofs and documentation verifying my eligibility. Despite providing complete proof of compliance, Finder has failed to issue the reward. Worse, their customer support team has completely ignored my complaints and outreach. I have received no response, resolution, or explanation for why a verified reward is being withheld. Promotions should not be offered if Finder cannot honor them or manage standard support inquiries. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be escalating my formal dispute to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), FTC, and Better Business Bureau (BBB). Avoid relying on their reward offers.
