False Advertisement
I received an email promotion for a free Blackstone griddle grill after I had initially looked over the boxes. I used that email link to sign up with this company and would receive this griddle after my first 3 boxes. I remember this very clearly as my husband had zero interest in signing up but once the email promotion came in, we were thrilled! The first box came pretty late but was fine. The next 2 without any issues. I then inquired about my free grill. Customer service told me there was NO such promotion on my account. I said thats impossible as I got that email from your company, used that link and even remember seeing the promotion at the top of the landing page when I completed my first order! It was then escalated and I was i told 2 to 3 days. I waited and no response. I then followed up and was told it was escalated, no feedback. I then get this email saying that my promotion is DENIED and I will not be getting my free grill. I escalated again and no one will even tell me why other than I did not use the link. That's absolutely INCORRECT. I know for a fact I did. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM CANCELLING ASAP
