Shipped via FedEx signature required. We wasted 2 days sitting at home waiting for this currency. Day one of scheduled delivery we recived notice at 8pm that the shipment wouldn’t arrive and that it would be the next day. Day two we sat around waiting only to get text notice at 3pm that they tried to deliver but no one was available. They never came to our house, they left a notice on our mailbox of a failed delivery attempt Our driveway is 1/4 mile long and they just didn’t feel like making the delivery apparently. Their own policy says a notice will be left on your DOOR if no one is available. I was sitting in a chair 10’ from my door when i received the text with an attached photo of out mailbox with a notice taped to it. Until you use a different shipper, we will never use you again. Today is August 24th and I STILL haven’t received my currency.
