9I order from this company and their return policy is basically final sale. Wrong color, wrong size, or maybe you want a different style? That too bad! My husband and I spent 1,000 on custom curtains and I regret ordering from this company so deeply it brought me to tears! DONT DO IT!!!!! I now have these massive curtains that I hate and I have no choice but to put them in the garbage and buy more!!! It was a hard expensive lesson but I've learnt it!! I get that this is custom, But they wont work with me at all, no color change option, no we will give you back 50%, no nothing! So you better like it or your out 100s of dollars!
