Looks like the company has shut down. No response to emails and the chat line on the app says that there is a connection error. Machine failed in warranty, they said they would replace it and they have gone dark for over 2 months now.
Used to be a fantastic machine with good customer support. Customer support is non existent now, the warranty and extended warranty are useless and the machine falls to pieces in under a year. Avoid at all costs. Keep getting emails with instructions on unboxing replacement machine which has not arrived more than a month after being promised.
