Terrible communication
Terrible communication. Had problems from day I. When song came back with the wrong name, I received no communication for almost two weeks. Then an apology by email and will be fixed. Then waited for two more weeks of being ignored. Then another apology and this time “will get it right.” Then another two weeks of silence. Then another promise of fixing the song because they missed up and promised a “fix in 24 hours.” That was two weeks ago. Now it’s been 2 months of waiting. I’m embarrassed to say I even tipped them well at the time of order. There is no customer service. Still unresolved and company is in England so BBB cannot help. If you want to waste your money and not get results that are promised, this is the company for you. I get the feeling this is AI and there are no human beings. That is why there is no communication.
