Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this company for soldering stations. I received a KSGER soldering station with a handle whose pinout does not match the station. The Protective Earth is therefore not properly connected, which is a serious safety concern. I made a very exhaustive video explaining the problem with my multimeter to the company and they don't even have the right team available to check what I sent. I have been fighting with customer service for two weeks. Different teams keep passing the case back and forth without actually doing anything. On August 19th, I was finally offered a €30 refund, which I immediately accepted. I still haven't received anything 6 days after, and they are now asking me to provide proof of their own offer. I even had to purchase a compatible handle myself, with my own money on Aliexpress, because they couldn't resolve the issue. If you are considering buying a soldering station or any important equipment from Banggood, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. And be careful even with accessories: I bought their “brass wool” for cleaning soldering tips, but the material is actually copper-coated metal and is magnetic, which is not what I expected from a product sold as brass wool. I am absolutely fed up with this experience. Avoid this company. Go to AliExpress instead, or anywhere else.
