Horrific bank
While banking with Varo I had two transactions go through that I did not make the first was resolved in a timelyish manner the second they took weeks to let me know they weren’t disputing it even though I did not make the transaction. I then called back to reopen the dispute and they took a month to get back to me but not before closing my account without the reason. Two days later they email me saying the disputed the charges due to a failure on their end and when I called to try to get my money to my new bank account they told me the only way they could do it was by check and it would take 21 days. When I asked if they could extradite it (because I have bills to pay) I was rudely told I had to wait for it. And to top it off they couldn’t even tell me why my account was closed. Don’t use this Bank there are dozens of better ones
