A dangerous monopoly whose motto is to make profits and offset loss to its customers. If they change the schedule of a flight , they refuse to give the customers the option to reschedule the plane if less than 2 hours regardless of any other connections... they can perpetually delay a plane with less than 2 hr increase to avoid giving any options to customers to change.....senior citizens and pregnant women will suffer the most. Sadly this monopoly is what is driving them to focus on money alone rather than helping customers.....
