The red bus app directed me completely to a different station resulting in me missing the bus.. Not only that but I also had to chase the bus all the way up till Changloon station just to get on the bus. This level of incompetency caused me to waste time and also caused unnecessary travel expenses. For the price of the ticket which by the way was not cheap I expected a more systematic and reliable location. Having arrived at the location which was attached to the ticket nearly half an hour early and still missing the bus solely due to the inability of this app to display proper, latest and accurate information. Hopefully the developers of this app will fix this issue in order to save any unnecessary confusion and problems. Enough consequences has been faced just because your app failed to do the only thing it was supposed to do. How can an app made for the sheer purpose of allowing travelling to be convenient cause such a nuisance? Its pathetic really. Completely overrides it’s entire purpose and has become a dysfunctional system. This isn't how an app that’s sole purpose is to make travel easy suppose to function. Deeply disappointed. Fix your app. Update your data. Save people the stress that your negligence causes. We pay for this ticket we expect at least the bare minimum of valid information.
