Shady marketing
I wanted to browse the selection. The promo read $50 off but then you find out that it's $50 off spread out over 3 deliveries. I never agreed to buy anything but was setup with the subscription because I signed on with Shop which had my address and credit card info. I canceled. The original order was still active even though I never committed. I tried to cancel again. The order was still sent. So I had to ask customer service to cancel the account. They said that I canceled the subscription but didn't cancel the first order. I don't understand the difference. I'm giving 1 star for shady marketing and trying to trick customers into buying something they're just curious about.
