Confirmed on-chain deposit ignored | "not supported" excuse
I sent $24.99 USDT (BSC network) to Hellcase's crypto deposit wallet on Aug 26, 2026 — the same wallet I'd used successfully before. The transaction confirmed on the blockchain with success (tx: 0xdf6fda78546375...e74680, viewable on BscScan), but the funds never reflected in my Hellcase balance. I contacted support with the transaction hash and BscScan proof. After nearly 3 hours of "gathering information," they replied: "the token you sent is not supported by the USDT wallet you used... we are unable to recover or credit these funds." When I pointed out the funds are sitting in a wallet they control, and asked them to specify exactly which token contract they expected, they refused to answer and simply repeated that it's "outside our supported payment protocols." The deposit is verifiable on a public blockchain, sent to their own wallet address, and they are refusing to investigate or credit it. This is not a "wallet compatibility" issue — it's a refusal to process a deposit they can plainly see arrived.
