Horrible Customer Service!
I ordered a filament dryer from Elegoo on 8/3/26. Rec'd on 8/7/26. It arrived defective and does not work properly. I have been having an utter nightmare with Elegoo customer service since 8/10/26. Guess the customer satisfaction guarantee on website is a lie. I have requested a refund numerous times and just keep getting runaround form email, even when I reply to their request. I am done with them, I have filed a complaint with BBB and filed a chargeback with bank. Elegoo responded to this review, but never asked for my order number to follow-up, shows it is just a hollow reply.
