⭐ 1 star – Parcel marked delivered when I never received it Extremely disappointing experience with SF Express. My Halara parcel, tracking number SF6047789135544, was marked as delivered on 25 August 2026. However, I never received the parcel and I did not sign for it. Even more concerning, the proof of delivery appears to record “South Morang” as the signature, which is simply the name of my suburb and is absolutely not my signature. I have previously experienced parcels being left at incorrect properties, including properties where the street name did not even match my delivery address. I have contacted SF Express and formally requested an investigation, including confirmation of the actual delivery address, GPS/location information and proof of delivery. I should not have to chase a courier to locate a parcel that was supposedly delivered to me. A parcel should only be marked as successfully delivered when it has actually been delivered to the correct address. Very frustrating and unacceptable service.
