Just an update it has been weeks of back and forth and they're still asking for more videos! They have ignored EVERY request to send it back. Terrible product, terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Bike engine stopped working in three days, have been sending videos with no constructive response. Now want to send the bike back as I've lost trust and they keen ignoring my request! Keep saying to send videos when I want to send the bike back. Terrible company, scamming you of your money. Don't buy from this company. I demand a refund on my bike as I'm not happy with your customer service.
