No response to problems
Took forever to ship the first shipment. Emailed and said not to send as it was taking so long… they still sent it. Fine…I did order that one so I’m responsible for it. Realized that somehow I signed up for auto-ship. Quickly cancelled the auto shipment. Still get a notification that they are sending more product. I email back that I have cancelled…no response. Product is sent even though I cancelled online and emailed. No response from either email I sent. Now I need to deal with it through my credit card company. Product might be good, but this is too sketchy for me.
