Account miscorrection after a confirmed Rithmic outage, still unresolved after a week, direct questions ignored

Account LTE150-3I3NJ45K-TEST006. On 10 August 2026 there was a confirmed Rithmic outage affecting order execution and automatic liquidation. Lucid's own support agent, Ali, confirmed this in writing in ticket #215475428149374 and instructed customers not to trade, reset, or delete affected accounts, saying Lucid would reach out proactively once the affected accounts were identified. Because of that outage, a position on my account that I was actively trying to close was left open and unintentionally grown. My account was then debited 11,034.94 USD for that day, later partially corrected to 3,869.02 USD. I have gone through my own platform logs in detail. The highest unrealised loss my platform ever displayed on that trading day was 481.50 USD, and MNQ is worth 2.00 USD per index point. The full price range across every single fill on my account that day was 96.75 points. For 3,869.02 USD to be a correct figure on my actual 3 contract position, the market would have needed to move 645 points that day. That is not physically possible given the logged price range. I have asked three separate times, in writing, for an itemised breakdown of the trades and liquidations that produce this number, and I have never received one. On top of that, since 12 August my Rithmic connection has shown a balance of 7,722.98 USD on this account, continuously, across multiple sessions on different days, while the Lucid dashboard shows 146,691 USD for the same account. Lucid's own Operations Lead wrote to me directly that "the balance shown at Rithmic is the final state of your account after the correction." By that standard, one of these two numbers is simply wrong, and nobody has told me which one. Two support tickets on this issue were closed by Lucid before the promised technical team review ("update within 1 to 2 business days," per a different agent, Cynthia) had actually taken place. Two follow up messages went unanswered. After I sent a full written analysis with the exact log lines and timestamps on 17 August, the only reply I received was: "Our decision on this matter remains unchanged... we consider this matter closed." That reply did not address a single one of the specific points I raised. I am not saying Lucid is fundamentally dishonest as a company. I am saying that in a dispute involving a technical failure Lucid itself confirmed, I have not received a single substantive answer to a documented, arithmetic discrepancy in nine days. I have the full platform logs and the entire written correspondence and I am happy to share them with anyone who asks.
