I returned my parcel and wait 4 months for a refund
I received a damaged unit. I was asked to return a damaged device. I returned the device 5 months ago. The parcel has been misdelivered. For last 4 months I keep on getting messages like "we will soon resolve the issue". I exchanged 80 messages with different employees. The case didn't have any kind of progress, I keep on getting promises that the case will be soon resolved, but for several months there has been no progress. 4 months of "Please allow us a little more time to confirm the details internally"... And not a single resolution.
