Essilor offered replacement on coating defect
Essilor offered replacement but asked me to surrender the old lenses. Since my daughter is completely dependent on her glasses, I had no option but to purchase another frame so she could manage meanwhile. This was an unavoidable expense, not a choice. Now I do not want to surrender my original lenses/frame. I request Essilor to take responsibility for the coating defect and provide a fair resolution without further inconvenience to the customer.
